The spark for this collection was a visit to the Amber Room in the Catherine Palace outside St. Petersburg. The amber wall panels gave off a warm, sensual, rich scent with a point of difference. I’d never experienced anything like it before. Finding the purest and most exquisite amber to recreate that sensation involved a global, months-long search. I chose the most rarified and potent ingredients to make the formulas equally opulent.
